Thermal Industries can supply box ovens specifically designed for heating of drums and IBC's.

Most drum heating ovens are built using our "modular design" which allows us to construct just about any size unit to suit your needs exactly.

In order to provide an initial quote we need to work out a "specification" for your oven, so we have some questions;

1) Is there an emissions, explosion or fire risk with the drum contents?
    does the oven need to be ATEX rated?
2) How many drums or IBC's do you want the oven to hold at one time.
    and if drums are mounted on a pallet, what is the pallet size?
3) What is your maximum operating temperature?
4) What is the KW rating? If you dont know then we need to know the
    product material, weight and production rate details to work it out.
5) What type of heating do you need? Electric, gas or steam are the most popular.
6) What type of doors would you like? Hinged or guillotine type.
7) Do you need racks or shelving?
8) Once we have established the size of the oven, is it possible to deliver and get it into
    your factory in one piece, or will it be too large, and need to be delivered in kit form
    for assembly on your site?

There are several other things to consider, but those can be addressed as we put a final quote together.
